As part of the Golden Island Group’s strategy to maintain our competitive edge in the dynamic marine industry by functioning as a comprehensive marine service provider, Golden Island Petroleum Pte Ltd ventured into de-bunkering of off-specifications marine fuel and slop disposal services through close partnership with Singaport Cleanseas Pte Ltd in 2006.

Through close partnership with Singaport Cleanseas Pte Ltd in 2006, a marine waste disposal company, we assist ship owners in arranging for the disposal of their oily waste water from tank-cleaning activities, off-specification bunkers and cargo by deploying our own slop barge M/T CLEANSEAS MOKARA. Our best practices and operational processes adhere to strict environmental and safety regulations.

We also teamed up with Dews Pte Ltd in 2007, our freshwater company, to provide ship owners with freshwater for tank cleaning purposes.
