OUR STORY
As part of our aim to better serve the requirements of the marine industry, the group established Dews Pte Ltd and was licensed by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore in 2016 to supply freshwater using water tankers in the port of Singapore. Besides providing freshwater for potable use, this freshwater can also be used for cargo tank cleaning purpose and other shipboard industrial uses.
Originating from the phrase DEsalinated Water Supplier, we operate desalination plants that are mounted on our water tankers to ensure a more sustainable and efficient way of delivering freshwater to the marine industry in Singapore. Our fleet consists of 2 water tankers equipped with desalination plant, with a combined supply capacity of up to 1,000 metric tons of freshwater per day. We operate state of art desalination plants with real time monitoring system to ensure only quality freshwater is produced and supplied. Cleaner water in the form of demineralised water can also be supplied that is required for more stringent tank cleaning and shipboard uses.
